Each fibre not only has its own character but also its preferred cleaning procedure.

We always take time to listen carefully and respond to any concerns or issues before services are started.

Provided the rug is suitable this stage releases dry / non soluble soiling by beating the rug using a dedicated machine over a set of grids.

The rug is placed in a rug pit or bath where the prescribed treatments are applied.

Typically using a rotary machine with soft shampoo brushes and a dedicated rug wand we ensure intimate contact and removal of as much foreign matter as possible. The rug can be thoroughly rinsed in situ and detailed by hand as needed.

For rugs which have vomit, urine, blood etc. this type of flood washing is very effective in its complete removal or if necessary be used for de contamination purposes.

For rugs which are not suitable for immersion or just need freshening up we have all other systems available and your qualified technician will be happy to provide as much advice as needed.

Following wet cleaning it’s important to dry the rugs out to avoid problems such as colour run, mould ingress, browning, or on a tufted rug delamination can occur.
